Christmas in the Wild is one of ZooTampa’s major seasonal events. I designed and produced 2018’s media teaser – an ugly Christmas sweater. Holly Berry is a pygmy hippo that was born on December 1, 2017 – a Christmas baby. She turned one year old and celebrated with these shirts that said: “Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly.”
These were distributed to major traditional media outlet contacts and micro-influencers in the area. The sweaters were very well received by media, resulting in the most exposure and engagement to date (from a media teaser) at the company.
